- The scenes with the Basterds in the woods in Chapter Two, which are supposed to take place in Territoire de Belfort, were actually filmed in Fort Hahneberg, which is actually in Germany[1].
- The scenes filmed at Maurice restaurant, LaPadite's farm and in the woods were filmed in Germany. The cinema and other interior locations were build in the studio. Only the scene in the bistro was filmed in Paris, at the La Renaissance bistro.
